Serrala AutoBank and Serrala Payment management components were configured to exchange remittance and bank statement data with SAP, enabling end to end processing across order to cash and payables workflows. Project governance and delivery were led by a project manager and senior consultant from Hanse Orga EMEA, responsible for implementation execution, overall project planning, change management, scope definition, resource allocation, budget monitoring, invoicing, development concept creation and testing. Ongoing support and maintenance were defined for Serrala Payment management for SAP and SAP FI and Treasury configurations.
