In 2020, ARITA Australia implemented TopClass LMS to centralize member education and virtual conferences under a Learning and Development platform. The deployment focused on shifting professional development and events online for the non profit's membership base.
TopClass LMS was configured to support course management, event registration, learning pathways, assessments and reporting to manage continuing professional development workflows. The LMS integrated with iMIS to synchronize membership records and event registrations, and with Zoom to deliver live sessions and virtual conference tracks, enabling registration to attendance continuity within the platform. This integration pattern consolidated event delivery and membership data into the TopClass LMS environment.
The rapid 2020 rollout enabled ARITA to pivot during pandemic lockdowns, converting scheduled conferences into virtual conferences and sustaining thousands of attendees. Operational ownership centered on membership, events and education teams who restructured processes to run virtual conference logistics, speaker scheduling and attendee engagement from the LMS. Governance emphasized centralized course catalog management, registration controls and reporting for member education.
By using TopClass LMS for Learning and Development, ARITA ran virtual conferences cost effectively and continued serving thousands of attendees during 2020. TopClass LMS became the primary platform for ARITA Australia Learning and Development and professional development delivery.
