In 2010, AssetMark implemented Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as its ERP Financial system. The deployment established a centralized financial platform supporting corporate accounting and departmental financial controls, with the Sage Business Cloud X3 general ledger, departmental reporting, fixed asset sub-ledger, and purchasing module configured for production use.
The implementation extended to transaction and procurement workflows, with Sage Business Cloud X3 configured to manage purchase-to-pay processes and fixed asset lifecycle accounting alongside departmental cost tracking. AssetMark also implemented a new Concur travel system and executed company-wide training on Concur, maintaining Concur as a distinct travel and expense application in the finance technology stack.
Operational governance included creation and delivery of new manager training on budget and expense management, and a monthly reforecast cadence with cost center managers. Financial reporting capabilities were built to produce analytical reports for Senior and VP level executive teams, and these Sage Business Cloud X3 financials fed the operating plan reviews used by senior executives to support critical business decisions.
The finance organization used the system to create annual budgets with over 30 department managers totaling $150000000, and to oversee and manage more than 40 national cost centers by analyzing operating plans versus actual costs. The implementation also encompassed acquisition integrations for AssetMark, Inc, Altergris Inc, and Quantuvis Consulting, including training newly acquired employees on the companys financial systems to align post-acquisition accounting processes.

The deployment supported facilities administration functions including coordination between building property management and headquarters facilities to enforce CDC and PPE workplace safety, and to resolve building operations issues reported by on site staff.
Configuration emphasized space planning and occupancy management capabilities within Eptura SpaceIQ, along with move coordination, asset tracking and maintenance work order workflows consistent with Facility Management applications. The implementation was used for procurement and supply tracking activities, and for document creation and data entry supported by Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel, with operational coexistence alongside SAP, Concur and visitor systems listed in operational tools.
Governance and operational workflows centered on the facilities team, where the Facilities Administrator managed vendor and contractor coordination for routine maintenance, repair and equipment installation, and oversaw in office reorganization projects that required cross functional collaboration. Communication channels were formalized between property management and headquarters facilities to route incidents, schedule on site visits and maintain compliance with workplace safety protocols, reflecting a facilities centric governance model rather than enterprise wide infrastructure changes.
