Infor Legacy Infor M3 Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Associated Retailers Limited executed an improvement project on Infor M3 within its Manufacturing ERP environment to address functional gaps across Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics. The effort was targeted at non finance areas of the Infor M3 implementation for an Australian buying group that supports over 500 retail stores nationally. The engagement identified specific configuration and process changes including M3 warehouse structure simplification, customer order processing improvements, and adjustments to the supply model. Functional specifications were prepared for development tasks and the team applied configurations directly in Infor M3 to realize the approved design changes. Integrations were explicitly modified, with changes made to existing MEC integrations and data validation and cleansing performed through APIs. Custom JScripts were developed inside Infor M3 to simplify user tasks, and onsite support and demonstrations were used to align business users and finalize solution acceptance. Project governance relied on iterative meetings with business stakeholders to demonstrate and finalize proposed solutions, and deliverables included functional specifications, system configuration updates, integration changes and operational support across Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics. Fortude is recorded as an associated party during the engagement.
