| KwanTek | Legacy | KwanTek iATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Atalian implemented KwanTek iATS as an Applicant Tracking System. The deployment established KwanTek iATS to manage candidate lifecycle and internal recruiting operations, while Atalian continued to use Oracle Taleo Cloud Service for web-facing apply flows on its public careers site. This positioned KwanTek iATS to support HR and talent acquisition workflows across the organization.
KwanTek iATS was configured with standard Applicant Tracking System functional modules including job requisition management, candidate sourcing and tracking, resume parsing, configurable hiring stages, interview scheduling, and recruiting analytics. Automation of applicant status transitions and role based access controls were implemented to enforce hiring stage progression and recruiter responsibilities.
The implementation created a coexistence model between KwanTek iATS and Oracle Taleo Cloud Service, with Taleo handling public job postings and web apply interactions and KwanTek iATS operating as the internal applicant processing engine. Governance changes focused on formalizing requisition approval chains and recruiting workflow rules to route applicants from the web apply endpoint into internal review queues managed by KwanTek iATS.

| Kyriba | Legacy | Kyriba Treasury | Treasury Management | TRM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021 Atalian implemented Kyriba Treasury to centralize core Treasury Management activities at its Vitry-sur-Seine bank accounting hub, with documented operations running from March 2021 to May 2023. The deployment supported day-to-day treasury operations for an estate of 284 bank accounts spanning 70 legal entities within the Atalian group, consolidating cash visibility and bank reconciliation workflows under Kyriba Treasury.
Kyriba Treasury was configured to receive and report daily bank entries from the accounting system QUALIAC, enabling automated posting and exception routing. Core functional workflows included daily monitoring and bank reconciliations, transaction analysis of debits, credits and direct debits, check monitoring for aged and recently debited checks, processing of customer checks and preparation of OD entry files, and commitment of internal transfers with alerts to the interco cell.
The implementation integrated Kyriba Treasury with BlackLine 7 for account justification at month end and established structured handoffs to supplier, customer and general accounting teams for unresolved items. Operational governance emphasized daily verification of bank positions and prior day cash flows, routine editing of bank reconciliations and statements, and a defined process for handling bank rejections related to suppliers, payroll and expense reports, aligning Treasury Management procedures with accounting and intercompany controls.

| OVHcloud | Legacy | OVHcloud | Application Hosting and Computing Services | IaaS | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Atalian deployed OVHcloud to host its public website and associated web applications. Atalian used OVHcloud in the Application Hosting and Computing Services category to provide internet-facing content delivery and application runtime for its corporate web presence.
The implementation leverages typical hosting architecture elements provided by OVHcloud, including virtual compute instances for web and application servers, object storage for static assets, DNS and content delivery capabilities for global reach, and load balancing to manage traffic to the site. OVHcloud is used as the primary application hosting layer, delivering compute, storage, and networking services that underpin the website and web application stack.
Operationally the deployment is oriented around web operations and site management workflows, with responsibilities for content deployment, uptime monitoring, and certificate lifecycle management integrated into Atalians digital operations. The configuration reflects a standard Application Hosting and Computing Services deployment, focused on secure, available hosting of the public website and related digital services.
