Development work included LSP screen and routine development inside the ERP, creation and maintenance of management reports, and a separately developed people management application built in C# .Net using MVC, aligned to payroll and HR workflows. Infrastructure and deployment architecture were managed in-house across Windows Server and GNU/Linux platforms, with administration of Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, file services, Exchange, terminal services and virtualization via Hyper-V plus cloud computing. Database administration covered SQL Server and MySQL, with development and maintenance of SQL Server functions, cursors, views and queries. Network and perimeter security was administered with SonicWall equipment and data links were actively managed by the IT team. Operational integrations and operational coverage included support and maintenance for Emissor de Notas Fiscais and SDE, deployment of Power BI for analytics consumption, Help Desk implementation using GLPI, and payroll support tied to MasterMaq. The ERP Financial deployment touched finance, fiscal compliance, HR payroll reporting and management reporting, with the IT organization providing application support, report delivery and BI instrumentation. Governance was formalized through authored technical specifications, test scenarios and homologation processes, along with contract and vendor management and inventory management for hardware, software and network assets. Documentation, test scenarios and operational handoffs were used to sustain ongoing support and to govern customizations and change requests for Senior Sistemas ERP.

Underlying infrastructure and services supporting the solution included administration of Windows Server and GNU Linux platforms, Active Directory, Exchange, file services, terminal services, DNS, DHCP, TCP IP, virtualization using Hyper V plus cloud computing, and network security through SonicWall appliances by DELL. Governance and operationalization were formalized through technical specifications, manuals, test and homologation scenarios, and management of contracts and suppliers. Day to day support used a GLPI help desk for incident and request management, supported by database administration, inventory management of hardware and software assets, and routine maintenance of reporting and BI artifacts in the Microsoft Power BI environment.
