Dealr Legacy dealr.cloud Dealership Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Atlanta Motor Company implemented dealr.cloud as its Dealership Management platform to centralize core dealer operations for a single small dealer operation in the United States. The deployment uses a cloud hosted SaaS model suited to a 49 person dealer, and dealr.cloud is positioned to support sales, service, inventory and customer engagement workflows across the storefront and service bay. The implementation focused on standard Dealership Management capabilities, including digital inventory management, CRM lead capture and follow up, sales deal workflow and service appointment scheduling. Configuration emphasized compact data models and role based access appropriate for a small dealer environment, with system configuration tailored to vehicle VIN level inventory, customer records, and service order lifecycles. dealr.cloud was integrated with the dealer website which is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, enabling online inventory publishing and web lead capture to flow into the Dealership Management system via web API interfaces. Operational coverage centered on sales and service departments, with data synchronization between the public site and the internal dealr.cloud instance to maintain real time inventory visibility and customer contact records. Governance and operational changes concentrated on consolidating customer and vehicle records inside dealr.cloud, standardizing sales and service workflows, and applying role based permissions to enforce data stewardship. Rollout was scoped to departmental adoption across sales and service, with process changes to funnel web leads into the CRM and to use the Dealership Management system for day to day operational transaction recording.
