| Humanforce | Legacy | Humanforce Ento Time and Attendance | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017, Atlantis Group implemented Humanforce Ento Time and Attendance, deploying a Time and Attendance solution to formalize rostering and time capture across its childcare centres. The implementation responded to rapid operational growth, and the Humanforce Ento Time and Attendance deployment was positioned to support expanding site coverage and a larger workforce. The implementation focused on core Time and Attendance capabilities, including rostering and schedule management, electronic timesheet capture and approvals, employee record synchronization, and automated payroll data exports. Humanforce Ento Time and Attendance was configured to provide operational visibility and workforce analytics, supporting scheduling decisions and day to day workforce management. Ento was integrated with existing payroll, finance and HR systems, enabling the synchronization of rostering, employee and human resources data between platforms. Operational scope included centre level scheduling and corporate payroll and HR functions, with the system used by operations, HR and payroll teams across Atlantis Group locations in Australia. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, standardizing timesheet approval workflows and centralizing scheduling procedures to reduce manual payroll administration. According to Atlantis Group management, the deployment delivered greater visibility and reduced administrative overhead, contributing to a reported 4.5 per cent reduction in labour costs over two years while payroll processing time was significantly reduced as the organisation expanded its workforce and added five new locations. |
