In 2023, Atlas MedStaff implemented Bullhorn One Reporting & Analysis as part of a Bullhorn One and Bullhorn Talent Platform deployment to centralize operational data. Bullhorn One Reporting & Analysis is an Analytics and BI application that became the central reporting layer for the firm that staffs thousands of traveling healthcare professionals across North America.
The deployment focused on configuring functional capabilities typical of Analytics and BI usage, including consolidated onboarding and credentialing data models, time and expense consolidation, and payroll and billing reporting. Configuration emphasized operational reporting, self service analytics, and role based dashboards to support sales, recruiting and back office workflows.
The reporting layer was integrated with the Bullhorn Talent Platform to unify candidate and assignment records across recruiting, payroll and credentialing process areas. Operational scope explicitly covered recruiting, payroll and billing, and credentialing processes, with coverage for teams in sales, recruiting and back office functions operating in North America.
Governance centered on a centralized data model, role based access controls and standardized reporting schemas to support consistent decision making. Leadership cited Bullhorn One as a key enabler of faster growth, improved candidate experience and better decision making, and the consolidated Analytics and BI capability supported improved operational efficiency across sales, recruiting and back office teams.
