In 2021, Moscow-headquartered ATON implemented Axia Suite as a front office and digital wealth platform to automate model portfolio construction and rebalancing. Axia Suite was deployed within ATON’s Asset and Wealth Management technology footprint to strengthen wealth management and front office capabilities across its Russian operations.
The implementation concentrated on automating model portfolio construction workflows, establishing rebalancing engines, and delivering enhanced monitoring and reporting functionality for relationship managers and portfolio managers. Configuration work emphasized portfolio analytics, client reporting templates, and front office tools to support ongoing portfolio oversight and decision workflows.
The deployment was configured to interface with ATON’s in-house systems to exchange portfolio and client data and to feed a modern client portal aimed at digitising and improving customer experience. Integration points were scoped to support end to end data flows between front office operations and internal data sources while preserving the existing operational landscape.
Governance and rollout focused on the wealth management and front office teams in Russia, aligning operational workflows for portfolio construction, rebalancing, and client reporting with the new platform. The project was intended to provide relationship and portfolio managers with consolidated monitoring and reporting tools and to deliver a contemporary client portal experience across ATON’s Russian operations.
