In 2011, Atradius implemented Oracle E-Business Suite, deploying a new instance of Oracle Financials R12 to establish a centralized Group Finance accounting platform. The deployment served as the organization level ERP Financial system for core financial accounting and regulatory reporting preparation.
The implementation focused on core financial modules consistent with Oracle Financials R12, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets, with configuration of period close controls and chart of accounts standardization. Workstreams included transactional posting rules, subledger reconciliation processes and statutory reporting configuration aligned to insurance accounting needs.
Concurrently Atradius developed a Group Finance BI strategy to aggregate and transform accounting data in preparation for IFRS4 II accounting and Solvency II reporting requirements. The BI strategy centralized financial feeds from Oracle Financials R12 to support consolidated reporting and regulatory disclosure workflows without specifying point products.
Operational ownership and governance were structured around the Group Finance function, with process changes to support standardized month end close, consolidation workflows and regulatory reporting controls. Rollout and configuration emphasized consistency of financial master data and audit-ready transaction trails to support ongoing compliance activities.

In 2013, Atradius began a company wide program to implement Oracle Cloud HCM, targeting Core HR consolidation across the group. The program proceeded as a global implementation, with a formal go live in December 2014, positioning Oracle Cloud HCM as the central Core HR system for the organization.
The implementation focused on functional modules typical of Core HR, with explicit work on compensation management, payroll configuration, and management information reporting. Atradius maintained a company wide expert role on Oracle Cloud HCM and executed discrete Oracle Cloud HCM projects to introduce new functionality and refine configuration, while applying external benchmarking methodologies from Hay Group and Willis Towers Watson to align compensation frameworks.
Operational coverage was global and included delivering end user training on Oracle Cloud HCM across Atradius, and configuring reporting to support the Managing Board, Senior Management, and the Supervisory Board. Reporting on compensation and management information was implemented as a core capability, and payroll was managed within the Oracle Cloud HCM scope to service executive governance requirements.
Governance activities centered on steady state reporting, benchmarking driven policy configuration, and a project cadence for incremental functional enhancements to Oracle Cloud HCM. Training, role based access and management information workflows were established to support adoption across business functions including HR operations, compensation and payroll administration, and executive governance.

In 2014, Atradius implemented SDL Tridion. SDL Tridion served as the Content Management platform to centralize web content, assets and templates that support marketing and country sites, and it positioned Atradius SDL Tridion Content Management within the marketing and digital operations function.
Configuration focused on reusable content templates, multilingual site management, and a centralized asset repository. Atradius used SDL Tridion to design, create, automate and manage emails, landing pages and forms, and to enable marketing automation features that support execution of campaigns in Oracle Eloqua, including automated lead flows and reporting.
Integrations were explicit and operational, with SDL Tridion working alongside Oracle Eloqua for campaign execution, Oracle Salescloud for CRM synchronization and customer data flows, and content interoperability with SharePoint 2013 and Joomla in the broader web estate. Tableau, Oracle WebCenter Sites and Oracle Fusion were noted as platforms on the drawing board for future expansion of analytics and enterprise content services.
Governance and operational responsibilities were centralized, with the SDL Tridion team coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives across country offices, managing the prospect and customer database for targeting and campaign segmentation, and facilitating new projects from the technical side. The implementation included a technical advisory role for ongoing operations, and a designated contact point for web and technical developments across the Atradius group.
