The deployment included integrations to third party service providers for business intelligence, banking connectivity, travel and expense systems, procure to pay endpoints, and a payment portal, with the Integration Team coordinating debugging and resolution of integration errors. In 2020, Attentive implemented Google Looker to centralize reporting and analytics for its SMS marketing operations. Attentive Google Looker Analytics and BI was positioned to support marketing analytics, client reporting, and customer success dashboards across mid-market accounts.
The implementation focused on configurable dashboards and reporting for attributed revenue, click through rates, and conversion rates, with Looker visualizations used to present performance and recommendations to clients. The team configured monitoring and troubleshooting workflows inside the reporting layer, and operationalized user training and onboarding to drive adoption of Google Looker across internal teams and client-facing roles.
Integrations were scoped and configured to feed SMS performance data into Google Looker, and platform performance was monitored through dashboards including Looker and DataDog. The deployment serviced a book of business of up to 80 client projects, and the implementation was used by Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to surface technical issues and client insights.
Governance emphasized cross-functional coordination, piloting of new features, triage processes for data quality and errors, and structured onboarding and training for users.
