In 2015, Atterro implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform. Oracle NetSuite ERP was provisioned as a cloud hosted single instance to centralize financial operations across Atterro's US finance and accounting organization, aligning the application with the company's ERP Financial needs.
Deployment focused on core ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, billing, and financial reporting and consolidation. Configuration emphasized a standardized chart of accounts, period close workflows, automated transaction posting, and role based access controls to enforce separation of duties across finance, accounting, and treasury functions. Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to support multi entity accounting patterns common to media finance operations.
The technical architecture followed standard cloud ERP patterns, using the application tier for financial processing and configuration driven workflows, with APIs and integration points available for third party connectivity. The JobDiva ATS Applicant Tracking System was embedded on Atterro's public website to publish open roles and capture candidate applications directly into the recruiting platform, enabling the talent acquisition and recruiting teams to centralize applicant intake.
Configuration emphasized core Applicant Tracking System capabilities such as job requisition publishing, candidate sourcing and intake, resume parsing and document capture, searchable candidate profile indexing, workflow automation for screening and interview scheduling, and offer tracking. Administrators implemented role based access controls and job level permissions, and standard screening workflows were configured to route candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
The website integration forwards application forms and candidate documents into JobDiva ATS, preserving application metadata in the ATS database and supporting end to end candidate lifecycle management. Operational ownership resides with recruiting and HR operations teams, who use JobDiva ATS for requisition management, candidate pipeline progression, interview coordination, and hiring decision workflows.
Governance was established around centralized administration, recruiter and hiring manager training, and configuration controls for requisition approvals and candidate data handling. The 2018 rollout standardized recruiting processes within Atterro and positioned JobDiva ATS as the primary system used by HR and recruiting for applicant tracking and hiring orchestration.
