Operational data flows were consolidated from multiple systems identified during the engagement, including MS Dynamics AX, Journey Desk, Sage and Innact Financials, with payroll person and position extracts triangulated against ledger transactions to produce forward looking workforce cost scenarios. Governance centered on a centralized group finance process for reforecasting and annual budget cycles, and on data consolidation rules that combined payroll and ledger datasets for consistent planning and reporting across the Witney finance team.
