Governance centered on rollout to the estimating group and project managers, with standardized markup conventions, review gates for subcontractor pricing inputs, and document control practices to maintain traceability across estimating and project managing functions.

Operational scope remained concentrated in estimating and project preconstruction activities, with staff maintaining spreadsheets for submittals, bids and shop drawings for projects awarded to Aurora Contractors. Governance centered on documented handoffs from estimating to project teams, a routine follow up cadence for subcontractor responses, and consolidation of RFI and drawing logs into PlanWell Bidcaster for a single source of bid information. The implementation also supported business development workflows through targeted research and presentation of project opportunities.
