In 2018 the Australian Securities Exchange ASX deployed Reward Gateway Employee Engagement to centralize recognition, internal communications and wellbeing activities across its 800 employees, positioning the application as the company level Employee Engagement solution. The deployment was administered by HR and configured to support peer recognition programs, rewards catalogs, internal communications campaigns and pulse surveying consistent with Employee Engagement category capabilities.
Reward Gateway Employee Engagement was operated alongside a broader HR systems ecosystem at ASX, where HR served as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for platforms. The HR team maintained administrative ownership and coordinated workflows between Reward Gateway, SharePoint, SuccessFactors, HROnboard ELMO and Chris21 to align onboarding, performance cycles and employee communications with engagement programming.
Configuration emphasized role based administration and campaign management, with HR executing platform configuration, content cadence and user support. The ASX HR SME role covered ongoing governance, manager guidance and end user support, and the platform was used to support employee network groups including wellbeing and charity committees formed during the same operational period.
Operational governance relied on HR led administration and cross functional coordination with committees and business stakeholders, with HR responsible for rollout, user support and program stewardship.
