| SCANMAN | Legacy | SCANMAN AP Automation | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Australian Vintage implemented SCANMAN AP Automation, deploying an AP Automation solution to centralize invoice processing and accounts payable workflow. An IT Senior Business Analyst at Australian Vintage led the implementation effort that also included Concur and an ERP requisition process, aligning procure to pay touchpoints with the new AP Automation platform.
SCANMAN AP Automation was configured to support invoice capture and OCR processing, automated matching and exception handling, approval workflow orchestration, supplier data capture, and GL coding and payment file generation typical of AP Automation suites. The implementation emphasized configurable approval matrices and automated routing to reduce manual touchpoints, with SCANMAN AP Automation serving as the system of record for inbound invoices and workflow states.
Operational integrations explicitly included Concur and the company ERP requisition workflow, with the AP Automation workstream executed alongside broader programs such as Oracle HCM and a JDE upgrade. The deployment targeted Finance, Accounts Payable and Procurement functional areas, aligning invoice receipt and requisition approvals to a unified processing pipeline.
Governance and process changes were implemented to standardize invoice routing, enforce approval controls and consolidate supplier onboarding processes within the SCANMAN AP Automation environment. The program framed AP governance around electronic invoice lifecycles and requisition to invoice handoffs to improve visibility and control across finance operations.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Australian Vintage implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM to establish a Core HR backbone for the organization. The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM deployment targeted HR administration and workforce data consolidation across Australian Vintage operations in the Greater Adelaide Area.
The implementation emphasized Core HR capabilities commonly associated with the category, including employee master data, organizational and position structures, onboarding and workforce administration, and HR reporting. Configuration and system object design were driven by an IT Senior Business Analyst from Australian Vintage, who mapped security roles and data domains to the company’s HR compliance requirements.
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM was integrated with Concur to handle expense workflows, with Scanman to link warehouse scanning data into broader processes, and with the ERP requisition process to synchronize staffing related approvals and procurement signals. Those integrations created persistent data flows between HR, finance, procurement, and warehouse operations to support coordinated requisition and expense processes.
Governance focused on centralized HR data stewardship and alignment of approval workflows across HR and procurement, using phased configuration and testing to align with the ongoing JDE upgrade program. The implementation sat within Australian Vintage’s wider IT program of work, with the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM instance serving as the authoritative Core HR system for the company.
