Operationally onboarding remains orchestrated as a four week process in Asana, with EmploymentHero HRIS fulfilling the supporting role of official data collection and compliance tracking. New hire information, signed policies and asset allocations are stored in EmploymentHero HRIS to provide secure, centralized access for people operations and line managers.
