Governance was implemented through staged review points, contract pre delivery checks to confirm information accuracy, and a discrepancy resolution process to address issues before funding submission, with timely escalations handled by leasing staff. The implementation standardized credit review and document review workflows, embedding operational controls into the DealerTrack Credit Application Management environment to support consistent funding submissions across sites.
