SBS (ex-Sopra Banking Software) Legacy SFP Wholesale Servicing Loan Management ERP Services and Operations Vero Technologies 2025 2025
In 2025 Auto Use implemented SFP Wholesale Servicing, a Loan Management application, to digitize and automate its U.S. floorplan lending operations. The deployment pairs SBS, ex-Sopra Banking Software SFP Wholesale Servicing with a Vero Technologies front-end to provide a unified servicing and dealer interaction layer for wholesale financing workflows. The implementation prioritized configuration of automated funding and repayment workflows, real-time loan visibility, dealer performance reporting, and reduced manual touchpoints. SFP Wholesale Servicing was configured to orchestrate core loan lifecycle events including funding origination, payment processing, interest posting, and servicing status updates, while the Vero front-end delivered dealer intake, workflow-driven approvals, and operational dashboards. Integration work focused on connecting the Vero front-end to the SBS SFP Wholesale Servicing platform to surface real-time loan and dealer metrics and to automate handoffs between dealer workflows and servicing processes. Operational coverage is centered on Auto Use floorplan lending and dealer finance operations in the United States, aligning servicing, credit review, and dealer relationship workflows. Governance for the joint implementation is structured around Vero Technologies as the front-end integrator and SBS as the SFP Wholesale Servicing vendor, with program coordination across IT and operations functions at Auto Use. The joint rollout targets reduced manual touchpoints, automated funding and repayment workflows, and real-time visibility into loan and dealer performance as primary business objectives.
