These modules were instrumented to align planning, scheduling, and inventory control workflows consistent with ERP Financial and manufacturing process operations.
Operational scope centered on global production control and logistics processes, with process stewardship tied to teams based in Winterthur, Switzerland. Autoneum retained a dedicated SAP Business Process Manager for Production Control and Logistics who managed global PC&L processes on SAP from January 2017 to August 2021, reflecting centralized process ownership and continuous application stewardship.
Governance and rollout combined Eprox implementation support with internal process management to embed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 into sales and operations planning, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing workflows. In 2017 Autoneum implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR platform for Business Group Europe. Operational coverage focused on HR Process and Training functions in Europe, with the HR Process and Training Expert serving as primary point of contact for local HR managers and providing end user, manager and HR manager training and up-to-date materials. The LMS system owner role delivered key e-learnings to over 3,000 users and partnered with functional leaders to develop and roll out digitalized training content while supporting HR analytics and reporting.
Governance and process change were embedded through structured roll-out activities from April 2017 to July 2020, training programs, and system administration practices that centralized control of core HR processes and learning governance. The program oriented HR operations toward standardized workflows and centralized data stewardship within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR environment.
