SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP Eprox 2012 2013
In 2012, Autoneum implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 for ERP Financial. Eprox served as the implementation partner for the deployment of SAP ERP ECC 6.0, provisioning the platform to support enterprise financial and operational processes across the organization. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation was configured to manage production control and logistics processes, with explicit functional coverage for Sales and Operational Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Management, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Production control. These modules were instrumented to align planning, scheduling, and inventory control workflows consistent with ERP Financial and manufacturing process operations. Operational scope centered on global production control and logistics processes, with process stewardship tied to teams based in Winterthur, Switzerland. Autoneum retained a dedicated SAP Business Process Manager for Production Control and Logistics who managed global PC&L processes on SAP from January 2017 to August 2021, reflecting centralized process ownership and continuous application stewardship. Governance and rollout combined Eprox implementation support with internal process management to embed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 into sales and operations planning, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing workflows. Integrations were implemented at the process level to orchestrate supply chain planning with production control, and ongoing governance emphasized centralized process control and SAP-based operational consistency.

SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Autoneum implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR platform for Business Group Europe. The deployment centralized employee master data and established a cloud-based Core HR footprint that enabled standardized global HR processes across learning, performance and potential evaluation, succession planning, onboarding, headcounting and compensation. The implementation included SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central alongside a Learning Management System, Performance and Goals (PMGM), Compensation and Variable Pay modules. Configuration emphasized role-based administration, LMS ownership and management of compliance e-learning rollouts, and the use of Employee Central as the authoritative personnel record to support downstream HR workflows. Operational coverage focused on HR Process and Training functions in Europe, with the HR Process and Training Expert serving as primary point of contact for local HR managers and providing end user, manager and HR manager training and up-to-date materials. The LMS system owner role delivered key e-learnings to over 3,000 users and partnered with functional leaders to develop and roll out digitalized training content while supporting HR analytics and reporting. Governance and process change were embedded through structured roll-out activities from April 2017 to July 2020, training programs, and system administration practices that centralized control of core HR processes and learning governance. The program oriented HR operations toward standardized workflows and centralized data stewardship within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR environment.
