Oracle NetSuite ERP became the primary reporting engine, with a designated reporting lead responsible for financial report writing and management reporting in NetSuite.
Governance adjustments accompanied the rollout, moving fixed asset control out of spreadsheets into the NetSuite Fixed Asset Module and formalizing month end and intercompany close workflows. Team participation in the migration and ongoing reporting ownership reflect a centralized model for accounting operations within the ERP Financial environment.

Implementation focused on the NetSuite Fixed Asset Module, configured to support fixed asset register consolidation, depreciation scheduling, disposals accounting, and month end reconciliation workflows. The system supported accruals and balance sheet reconciliation processes that tie into Cost of Revenue and Research and Development expense accounting, consistent with established month end closing requirements.
Integrations and operational coverage included bulk data import of asset records from Excel into the NetSuite Fixed Asset Module and consolidation of reporting previously produced in Management Reporter within Microsoft Dynamics GP into NetSuite reporting. Operational scope centered on the accounting function, including month end closing, intercompany consolidations and eliminations, accounts payable approvals for cost of revenue and R&D, personal property tax tracking, and audit support for quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
Governance and process changes were led by accounting owners who acted as reporting leads and migration managers, with team participation on the broader Netsuite accounting migration. The rollout included updated workflows for accruals, fixed asset reconciliations, and reporting ownership, and embedded fixed asset processes into existing close and audit request procedures.
