Integrations were focused on operational alignment between space data and chargeback processes, providing a single source of truth for CRE and workplace management workflows. Governance changes centered on using validated occupancy data and chargeback reporting to drive portfolio decisions and operational policy for space allocation. Outcomes stated by the project included closing 15 leases and reducing Avaya’s footprint by nearly 25 percent, achieved through data-driven portfolio decisions enabled by Serraview.
