The SAP S/4 HANA deployment centralized finance processing for the manufacturing company, aligning transactional accounting across a 700 person workforce and an annual revenue base of 140000000. The implementation concentrated on SAP S/4 HANA Financial Accounting and Controlling capabilities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, financial close orchestration, and cost center based controlling. Configuration work focused on a unified chart of accounts, common fiscal period close workflows, statutory reporting templates and master data harmonization for vendors and customers. Architecturally the rollout used the SAP S/4 HANA application core with an in memory HANA database and SAP Fiori user interfaces to provide role oriented access to finance users. Operational scope extended beyond central finance to integrate transactional flows from procurement, inventory and plant operations, enabling end to end record to report and procure to pay processes within the manufacturing environment. Mawai Infotech acted as the systems integrator for the URJA program and led implementation governance including centralized financial master data controls, period close standardization and role based authorization design. The project reached go live in 2018, marked by a go live event where Mr. Rajput, CEO of Avon Ispat & Power, participated.
