Operational coverage was the Brussels headquarters site and the initiative directly impacted facilities, workplace experience, and cleaning operations, standardizing space usage and booking workflows within Facility Management. Governance was implemented through centralized IWMS orchestration of booking policies, sensor driven triggers, and operational workflows for facilities teams, enabling coordinated response to occupancy events and service requests. The case study records a 0.6 desk to employee ratio and BREEAM certification as documented outcomes of the deployment.
