In 2020, AXA Turkey implemented SparkUs as a Learning and Development application to establish a formal coaching and mentoring program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The rollout was led by HR and targeted leadership and mindset change across Turkey, with program design focused on mentor and mentee cohorts and sustained remote participation.
SparkUs was used to operationalize mentoring and coaching workflows, supporting mentor and mentee matching, session orchestration, remote coaching facilitation, and learning content to reinforce leadership and mindset shifts. Operational coverage for the SparkUs deployment spanned AXA Turkey and was managed by HR and leadership development stakeholders, concentrating on mentoring usage as the primary mechanism for skill and mindset transfer. The program was reorganized mid-pandemic to maintain engagement and session quality, with SparkUs enabling continued remote coaching adoption.
