In 2023, Axion Energy deployed Woxi pedidosAPP, implementing Shopping Cart Management capabilities across its Spot! convenience and gastronomy network. The rollout targeted customer facing apps to digitize on site ordering and service flows at station retail and gastronomy points, aligning the Woxi pedidosAPP deployment with Spot! operational formats.
Implementation incorporated Woxi Turnos, restaurant, and retail modules, with explicit use of the PedidosApp shopping cart ordering module to enable menu selection, basket management, and checkout workflows. Geolocation services were enabled to associate orders with specific stations and to present location aware menus and pickup options, with the Woxi pedidosAPP functioning as the customer facing ordering endpoint within Woxi’s gastronomy suite.
Operational coverage focused on the Spot! convenience and gastronomy network across Axion service stations, shifting order capture to digital workflows and standardizing customer flows between retail and on site food formats. The implementation enabled geolocated services across stations, improving service efficiency and creating a platform level capability to support future loyalty integrations through the PedidosApp Shopping Cart Management layer.

In 2023 Axion Energy implemented the Woxi Loyalty Platform across its retail service network in Argentina to strengthen Customer Loyalty capabilities and to centralize CX and CRM workflows for service operations. The deployment covered approximately 250 Axion service stations and focused on managing workshop and repair appointment scheduling and queue operations at point of service.
The rollout centered on Woxi’s Turnos App and related CX tooling, configured to support appointment booking, scheduling workflows, queue management and the capture of customer and service data into unified customer profiles. Woxi Loyalty Platform was used to consolidate appointment histories and contact information into a central profile store, enabling CRM use cases and the potential for future fidelización initiatives derived from the collected data.
Operational coverage was limited to Argentina and targeted service station and workshop business functions, impacting customer experience, aftersales and field service scheduling processes. The implementation was executed as a network level rollout across the c.250 locations, with central configuration of scheduling rules and local adoption at stations, and it produced improved appointment handling and structured customer data that can feed later Customer Loyalty programs.
