Operational coverage was limited to Argentina and targeted service station and workshop business functions, impacting customer experience, aftersales and field service scheduling processes. The implementation was executed as a network level rollout across the c.250 locations, with central configuration of scheduling rules and local adoption at stations, and it produced improved appointment handling and structured customer data that can feed later Customer Loyalty programs.
