In 2025, AXS implemented GROW with SAP and began groundwork to adopt SAP Business AI within its Generative AI Platforms strategy. The initiative used GROW with SAP to unify and modernize core business operations and establish a foundation for future AI-driven capabilities.
Implementation delivered a unified ERP platform spanning finance, sales, procurement, and asset management, using GROW with SAP standardized templates to minimize customization for SME-friendly operations. The three month implementation was executed collaboratively with Nirvasoft, focusing on configuration of financial close workflows, budget and procurement approvals, and asset lifecycle tracking to enable a single source of truth and real-time operational visibility.
During rollout AXS kept existing systems running in parallel to maintain continuity while teams adopted the new platform, and the company is preparing targeted integrations such as InvoiceNow and document compliance reporting to extend finance modernization. Workstreams include configuring automated approval routing, real-time financial reporting feeds, and transactional visibility across sales and procurement to support regional B2B payment product development.
Governance and operational changes centered on centralized data ownership and standardized process templates, enabling finance and procurement teams to work from consolidated records and reducing manual reconciliation. AXS is explicitly laying groundwork for SAP Business AI adoption to add automation and intelligent insights into finance processing and forecasting, positioning the Generative AI Platforms capability as the next phase of its platform roadmap.
