In 2012, Axxion implemented FNZ-F Suite in Portfolio and Investment Management. The initiative centralized insourced fund accounting and transfer agency operations to support proprietary and third party funds, targeting fund accounting, investment compliance, reconciliation and transfer agency workflows for the asset management and family office segment. The implementation configured modules for fund accounting, investment compliance, order management, fee and commission management, reconciliation and transfer agency, aligning accounting ledgers, compliance rule engines and reconciliation workflows into a single platform architecture. The single system approach enabled a staged delivery that first established fund accounting and compliance controls, then extended functionality to transfer agency processing. The core implementation ran over nine months and included Luxembourg specific audit coverage delivered in collaboration with a leading audit firm, followed by a four month roll out to bring transfer agency operations online. Production and data management were centralized using professional SaaS hosting in an ISAE 3402 certified data processing center to provide controlled access to production data and operational continuity. Operational scope covered Axxion and its navaxx affiliate for fund servicing, consolidating operations across fund accounting and transfer agency and introducing governance to centralize production access and data management. Company leadership reported successful completion of the ambitious insourcing project within a condensed timeframe, positioning Axxion to pursue innovative investment concepts and service strategies.
