In 2025, AxxonSoft implemented Odoo Online Accounting as the core financial component of an ERP Financial deployment. The initiative covered the company’s global operational footprint including China, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Vietnam, Thailand, and the USA, positioning Odoo Online Accounting as the single-source ledger for cross-regional transaction capture.
The implementation configured a suite of functional modules explicitly listed by the customer, including Expenses, Project, Barcode, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, and Studio. Odoo Online Accounting was configured as the central ledger and transaction engine, supporting purchase to pay, order to cash, expense reporting, inventory valuation, and project costing workflows that align with standard ERP Financial practices. Odoo Studio was used to customize forms, validations, and automation to align with local operational and regulatory needs.
Deployment was hosted on Odoo.sh and delivered by implementation partner Falinwa Limited, creating a cloud-hosted application architecture that retains modular Odoo components while centralizing financial data. Integrations were implemented between Accounting and the Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Barcode, and Project modules to maintain transactional traceability and inventory backed invoicing across sites. The architecture emphasized modular configuration and a unified data model on Odoo.sh to support consolidated financial processes and operational reconciliation.
Governance and rollout were organized around partner led configuration management, role based access controls within Odoo Online Accounting, and standardized accounting and procurement workflows deployed across regional sites. Change control used Odoo Studio customization governance to limit divergent local configurations and to centralize the chart of accounts and fiscal rules. The narrative focuses on structural implementation details, modules, hosting, integration links, and governance rather than quantitative outcomes.
