In 2025 Ayar Law deployed the Lawmatics Platform as its core Legal Practice Management solution, establishing a centralized system to support high-volume client intake and lifecycle management. The Lawmatics Platform was provisioned to serve multiple affiliated businesses founded by Venar Ayar, providing a single operational backbone for intake across distinct legal entities.
Configuration focused on comprehensive intake automation, CRM pipelines, automated follow-ups, e-signature collection, and real-time reporting. Standardized workflows and status tracking were implemented for lead capture, qualification, document collection, and client onboarding, enabling automation of triggers from initial call to signed agreement. The implementation emphasized low-code configuration so non-developers could build and iterate workflows.
Operational coverage extended across Ayar Law, DV Injury Law, and Ayar Accounting, with the deployment supporting more than 100 intake agents, case managers, and support staff. The rollout covered offices in Detroit, MI and San Diego, CA and underpinned call center style intake and national intake operations for mass tort and ERC work.
Governance and rollout prioritized standardized operating procedures, rapid training, and centralized reporting to expose pipeline status and bottlenecks for leadership. Outcomes reported by the firm include processing over 25,000 clients, managing 300 to 400 new signups per week at peak, maintaining a 4.9 out of 5 client rating, and supporting more than 500 million dollars in ERC claims. The Lawmatics Platform provided scalable Legal Practice Management infrastructure that enabled consistent client experience, faster onboarding, and consolidated visibility across business functions.
