This integration allowed loyalty events to be captured on delivery transactions and supported seamless omnichannel ordering between in-store, mobile, and third-party delivery channels in the U.S., with explicit operational coverage called out for Missouri and Illinois sites. Rollout and governance were structured around store operations and marketing ownership to manage member enrollment, promotions, and EAIV workflows, with process changes to onboard third-party delivery into loyalty reporting. Patron Points and Ayerco reported outcomes of easier ordering, seamless EAIV, and expected increases in transactions and sales as part of the integration results.
