Operational implementation covered design and implementation of Global Security operational processes and guidelines, and a Global SoD Governance Framework. The team reviewed and updated the SoD risk ruleset to align with SOX requirements and global best practices, worked with RACMs to define mitigating and compensating controls for SoD and SOX violations, and ensured automated, semi automated and operational manual controls were captured and updated in the RACMs to reflect the new application platforms.
