| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Expense | Expense Management | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2005 | 2005 |
In 2005, Bally Technologies implemented SAP Concur Expense. SAP Concur Expense was deployed as the central Expense Management application to handle employee expense submissions and batch exports tied to payroll processes.
The implementation emphasized batch processing and reconciliation workflows, with administrators importing the Concur Expense batch into ADP and creating spreadsheets for expense adjustments to balance payroll previews. Functional workstreams included expense batch export, adjustment spreadsheets, and validation steps aligned to payroll data entry, reflecting tight operational coupling between expense reporting and payroll processing.
Integrations were operational and explicit, most notably the import of Concur Expense batch data into ADP for payroll consolidation. Operational coverage included hourly and salaried payroll administration for approximately 1600 employees across the United States and Puerto Rico, and interfaced with Timesaver timecard reviews, biometric time clocks, ReportSmith reporting for vacation and sick balances, ADP I-pay self service, and Workers Comp SIIS reconciliation flows.
Governance and workflow responsibilities were centralized with administrators who reviewed HR Change of Status forms for accuracy in ADP, set up supervisor access in Timesaver, trained approvers on timecard adjustments and approvals, and managed user registration and password resets on ADP I-pay. The team coordinated with Timesaver technical support for biometric time clock configuration and supported the Timesaver implementation and associated setup and cost analysis that replaced the prior E-time system.
Operational reporting and compliance were part of the deployment scope, with monthly reports produced for Finance and Legal and quarterly reporting for SOX auditors, in addition to creating files for new wage garnishments, support orders, and entering tuition reimbursements into ADP. SAP Concur Expense remained the Expense Management system integrated into payroll and employee time workflows, with day to day administration and reconciliation embedded in payroll and HR operations.

| ADP | Legacy | ADP ezLaborManager | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2005 | 2005 |
In 2005, Bally Technologies implemented ADP ezLaborManager for Time and Attendance. The ADP ezLaborManager deployment centralized timekeeping and payroll data entry workflows and supported payroll administration for approximately 1600 hourly and salaried employees across the United States and Puerto Rico.
The implementation covered core Time and Attendance capabilities including the entry and processing of adjustments, hourly timecards, car allowances, bonuses, commissions, and retro pay within ADP ezLaborManager. Reporting and reconciliation workstreams were built using ReportSmith exports to produce vacation and sick balance spreadsheets, and Concur Expense batches were imported into ADP with a matching spreadsheet created to reconcile expense adjustments against payroll preview totals. The team also processed new wage garnishments and support orders, and entered tuition reimbursements into ADP for payroll payments.
Operational integrations included Timesaver for time capture and managerial approval workflows, configured biometric time clocks for hourly employees with uploads coordinated through Timesaver technical support, and Concur Expense batch imports into ADP ezLaborManager. ADP I-pay administration was managed internally for user registration and password resets, and ADP reporting feeds were used to support Workers Comp SIIS reconciliation, Finance reporting, Legal requests, and quarterly SOX auditor needs.
Day to day governance centered on HR change of status verification, supervisor provisioning and Timesaver training to adjust approve and print hourly timecards, and a mandatory review of Timesaver timecards before hours were imported into ADP ezLaborManager for payroll processing. The role included administration tasks and operational oversight, and the analyst assisted with Timesaver implementation planning, setup requirements and cost analysis to support ongoing time collection and payroll integration.

| OneTrust | Legacy | OneTrust Cookie Consent | Governance, Risk and Compliance | TRM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Bally Technologies deployed OneTrust Cookie Consent on its public website as a Governance, Risk and Compliance control for web tracking and user permissions. The implementation uses the OneTrust Cookie Consent application to surface a consent banner and a cookie preference center, classify cookies by purpose, and record consent signals at the page level across the site.
The deployment is structured as a site-level implementation of OneTrust Cookie Consent that centralizes consent configuration and preference management for web visitors, with typical functional modules enabled such as cookie categorization, preference center, consent capture, and consent logging for auditability. Operational ownership appears aligned to web operations, privacy and legal stakeholders, and marketing teams that require consent gating for tracking technologies, with configuration and governance set within the OneTrust Cookie Consent console to enforce consent choices across the website.
