Operational integrations explicitly included data inquiries against IQVIA QMS Specialty Pharmacy data and coordinated data flows with the Veeva and Salesforce CRM environment, while incident and change tracking used an enterprise ServiceNow ticketing queue and an internal mailbox for incoming field incidents. The deployment supported operational coverage across field sales teams, the Salix business unit liaison function, and Sales Learning and Development during new hire onboarding and training events. Governance and rollout encompassed creation of training and operational handbooks and learning guides for district and territory managers, on demand teleconference and training sessions to communicate enhancements and deadlines, continuous monitoring of ServiceNow ticket trends for field issues, and execution of user acceptance testing to validate changes prior to production release.
