In 2002, BCR Leasing Romania implemented TotalSoft's Charisma Leasing solution and deployed TotalSoft Charisma Development and Training as part of the same automation initiative. TotalSoft Charisma Development and Training was used as a Learning and Development application to support onboarding and skills transfer for sales and operations staff during the platform rollout, while the Charisma Leasing modules automated leasing origination, external data checks and back-office workflows.
Configuration work centered on automating the origination pipeline and embedding external data verification into decision workflows, with back-office workflow orchestration to accelerate case processing. Use of TotalSoft Charisma Development and Training focused on creating role-based onboarding curricula, instructor led and self-paced content, competency assessments and learning progress tracking to align staff readiness with new operational processes.
Integrations with external data providers were implemented to feed automated checks into origination and credit decision flows, and training was integrated into the rollout sequence to support operational readiness across sales, operations and back-office processing. Governance included sequencing training prior to full production handover and embedding learning milestones into operational acceptance, and the combined deployment shortened approval times to minutes and supported a reported approximately 20% increase in approved contracts.
