Operational coverage included global travel and expense controls, SG&A spending governance, and coordination with payables and sourcing processes across more than 140 facilities.
Governance and rollout were led from finance with centralized policy configuration, travel and expense controls, and change management across sourcing and facilities teams. The program explicitly launched Coupa Expense together with the MasterCard program and delivered stated cost savings of $900k tied to the global expense and card consolidation effort.
