Governance and process change included formalizing a continuous improvement loop driven by guest surveys and review monitoring, and staffing a team of Quality Managers to operationalize insights. Beachcomber reported improved key performance indicators within six months and maintained higher standards across all properties by acting on feedback reported through Shiji Reviewpro Reputation, demonstrating a closed loop approach to Customer Experience management.
