In 2022 Beco Group implemented ISAH Finance as its ERP Financial application to extend the companys existing ISAH footprint at the Vianen manufacturing site. The deployment targeted financial consolidation and operational costing workflows across the Modifications, Attachments and Transport departments and aligned with an established cadence of annual ISAH updates overseen by the internal ISAH specialist.
ISAH Finance was configured to support core financial modules typical of ERP Financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and period-end reporting, with specific emphasis on production order costing and month-end post-calculation. The implementation leveraged ISAH Finance to formalize labor and cost capture workflows that feed cost accounting, drawing on category-aligned capabilities for cost allocation, financial reporting and close orchestration.
The financial implementation was integrated with ISAH native modules already in use, notably Time Registration for employee hours on production orders and Shop Floor Control for production progress, plus the Outlook add-in and custom tabs and fields to capture order-level correspondence and bespoke data. These integrations preserved the one-to-one transfer of parts lists from the drawing package into ISAH, and linked hourly and shop floor data to ISAH Finance for more accurate order costing across approximately 6500 annual production orders.
Governance and rollout were structured around a cross-departmental ISAH working group, annual supervised software updates, and an internal training program including ISAH e-learnings for new hires. The program included a cleanup effort after an update that removed a large volume of unused presets, reports and scripts, and operational outcomes explicitly included elimination of manual retyping of hours, reduced booking errors in time registration and the move from yearly to monthly post-calculation of production costs.

In 2018, Beco Group implemented ISAH Time Registration. ISAH Time Registration, a Time and Attendance application, was configured to capture employee hours directly against production order numbers within ISAH Business software, supporting the Modifications, Attachments and Transport departments and providing time data to production managers, draftsmen and administration.
The deployment emphasized time entry and approval workflows, retrospective time capture, and order-level reporting. Functional configuration used ISAH custom tabs and fields to attach job metadata, and the Outlook add-in was adopted to attach email correspondence to orders for traceability alongside time records.
Operationally, ISAH Time Registration was aligned with Beco Groups ISAH order management and an existing Shop Floor Control implementation to provide a single source of truth for hours worked per production order. The application eliminated manual paper notes and the prior administrative task of retyping timesheets, enabling managers to quickly review and adjust hours and to view whether work was recorded against the correct production order.
Governance and rollout were managed through an internal ISAH specialist who supervises annual ISAH updates, a cross-departmental ISAH working group that must approve any new scripts, reports or customizations, and a structured internal training program with mandatory ISAH e-learning for new employees to limit configuration sprawl and preserve process consistency.
