The implementation configured core ERP Financial capabilities in SAP ERP ECC 6.0, with Sales and Distribution style order-to-cash workflows supporting sales order creation, billing cycles and invoice generation, and Financial Accounting configurations for customer account setup and posting. Contract management and warranty record creation were routed through CRM/ECC entry points, and preventive maintenance schedules and service work order touchpoints were formalized as part of the core process design.
Integrations were implemented between SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and ServiceMax together with CRM/ECC, enabling work order attachments, decontamination certificate management and the creation of service contracts. Product master and product number entry into SAP was used to generate sales orders for logistics handoff to DHL as part of instrument movements, and invoice and contract data were exported from ECC to drive end of month reporting to Finance and business leadership.
