Beko Global selected C2FO in 2021 to build a global digital supplier financing infrastructure, deploying the C2FO platform as an AP Automation backbone to expand access to affordable working capital for suppliers across multiple countries. The effort established an Early Payment Program and consolidated supplier financing capability managed centrally from Turkey with operational reach into Beko Global's international supplier base.
The implementation configured C2FO to orchestrate early payment offers and consolidated financing workflows, incorporating supplier enrollment, program management, and funding orchestration through C2FO’s platform and partner funding channels. Functional capabilities emphasized supplier-facing financing options and centralized program controls consistent with AP Automation patterns, while embedding ESG-linked supplier incentives as part of program configuration.
Operational coverage included finance and supply chain workflows and supplier payment interactions across multiple countries, with governance centralized to coordinate cross-border funding allocation and supplier eligibility. Beko integrated ESG criteria into supplier incentives and launched a sustainability program in June 2024 that is instrumented through the C2FO platform, aligning supplier financing behavior with corporate sustainability objectives.
Governance and rollout focused on centralized program orchestration, supplier onboarding controls, and approval workflows to manage early payment offers and consolidated financing requests. The explicit outcome articulated by Beko was expanded access to affordable working capital for suppliers, delivered via the C2FO application and its partner funding channels.
