In 2016, Beko Turkey implemented Segmentify Personalised Product Recommendation on its public website beko.com.tr. The deployment focused on Personalization and Product Recommendations to enhance onsite product discovery and personalization for the companys e-commerce channel.
Segmentify Personalised Product Recommendation was configured to deliver modular recommendation capabilities including category page widgets, product detail page widgets, cross sell and up sell panels, and personalized landing lists, supported by algorithmic ranking and rule based merchandising. Configuration and campaign management were managed through Segmentify’s administrative console, enabling marketing and merchandising users to create targeted recommendation campaigns and adjust business rules without developer intervention.
The implementation architecture was centered on client side JavaScript instrumentation and server side recommendation endpoints to collect behavioral signals and serve real time, session aware recommendations across browsing sessions. Operational scope covered the Turkey public website and the solution was operated by Beko’s digital commerce, merchandising, and marketing teams, supporting product discovery and campaign workflows.
Governance included campaign scheduling, content review, and ongoing tuning of recommendation rules and segments, with day to day operations handled by in house digital commerce staff. The narrative centers on Segmentify Personalised Product Recommendation delivering core personalization modules and operational governance across Beko Turkey’s e-commerce functions.
