In 2017, Bellomy Research implemented Telligent Community (Verint Community) as its Community Management platform to centralize client engagement and internal knowledge sharing across the professional services firm. The deployment targeted collaborative forums and structured content repositories to support client-facing teams and practice groups within the organization.
The implementation configured standard Community Management capabilities including moderated discussion forums, knowledge base article workflows, user profiles and reputation, content moderation and approval pipelines, and analytics dashboards. Customization leveraged Telligent's TML tabular markup language and an ASP.NET web tier, with front-end development in Javascript, HTML, CSS and integration artifacts expressed in JSON and VBScript as needed for UI and automation logic.
Integrations were established with the firm’s toolchain and monitoring stack, connecting Telligent Community to JIRA for issue and ticket linkage, Confluence for reference documentation and playbooks, Splunk for application logging and diagnostics, Solarwinds for infrastructure monitoring, and Twilio for outbound notification and SMS workflows. These integrations supported incident correlation, documentation linking, and event-driven notifications tied to community activity and moderation events.
