These integrations supported incident correlation, documentation linking, and event-driven notifications tied to community activity and moderation events. Governance and operational rollout emphasized role based permissions, moderator assignments, content lifecycle policies and phased enablement across departments, with Confluence used to publish governance playbooks and JIRA to track configuration requests and post go live issues. The implementation aligned Community Management functionality with client engagement, knowledge management and support workflows to standardize moderation and content publishing processes.
