Staff who operated the system had experience with SAP R 3 finance modules and used Microsoft Office and e-banking access as complementary tools for reconciliations and supplier communications, including periodic vendor statement reconciliation.
Governance and process controls were enforced through approved invoice posting policies and structured month end procedures, supporting audit readiness and recurring accounting tasks.
