In 2024, BERO implemented Oracle NetSuite OneWorld as its ERP Financial platform to establish a scalable cloud foundation for international distribution and multi-currency transaction management. Oracle NetSuite OneWorld was provisioned as a unified, AI-enabled cloud ERP suite covering finance, order management, and supply chain orchestration to support the brand’s launch and rapid cross-border expansion.
The deployment emphasized core financial management and automated reporting, with configuration of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger close workflows, and embedded AI-assisted financial reporting. Order fulfillment and supply chain modules were configured to automate order-to-cash workflows, inventory reporting, and shipment-related financial posting, enabling near real-time visibility across sales and operational layers.
Technically, the implementation used NetSuite’s cloud SaaS architecture and OneWorld multi-subsidiary, multi-currency capabilities to integrate new legal entities and currency transactions as BERO scaled in the United States and the United Kingdom. Integrations connected sales channels to transportation management system and order fulfillment workflows, and NetSuite automated the propagation of approved sales orders into financial and inventory reporting streams to maintain data accuracy.
BERO worked with NetSuite Solution Provider Luxent on the implementation, and the rollout was executed prior to commercial launch to provide operational control from day one. Governance centered on centralizing financial close processes and automating administrative tasks, with operations leadership driving requirements and the configuration of approval and reporting workflows to maintain real-time operational insight.
As an explicitly stated outcome, NetSuite helped BERO reduce its monthly close cycle from 10 to 15 days down to 3 to 5 days, and it expedited sales order processing to under fifteen minutes.
