In 2016 Bestway Wholesale implemented Sage Snowdrops HR as its Core HR platform to formalize onboarding and employee documentation workflows. The deployment concentrated on the Park Royal HR hub with operational activity extending to regional depots through document distribution and correspondence processes.
Sage Snowdrops HR was configured to support core onboarding modules including new starter paperwork intake, right to work verification records, and automated production of contract and offer letters. Configuration work emphasized document management and template-driven letter generation so HR teams could produce employment contracts and letters of employment directly from Sage Snowdrops HR for onward distribution.
Operational practice required HR staff to add new starter documents onto both Sage Snowdrops HR and the Realflair system for parallel recordkeeping, reflecting a dual-system operational model that preserved recruiter and depot visibility. The process included generating contract and offer letters and emailing those documents to the relevant depots, and producing letters of employment intended for employees to forward to the foreign office.
Governance was centered on HR checkpoints for right to work and new starter verification, with workflow responsibilities assigned to the Park Royal HR team and downstream depot recipients for acknowledgment and onboarding completion. Bestway Wholesale used Sage Snowdrops HR as the Core HR system to manage these HR onboarding and employment documentation business functions.
