In 2018 Betamed implemented Hotjar on its public website as part of its Customer Experience tooling, deploying the Hotjar application to capture visitor behavior on betamed.pl. The deployment was positioned to gather qualitative UX data to inform digital engagement and site usability work.
The Hotjar implementation emphasized core Customer Experience capabilities, specifically heatmaps, session recordings, conversion funnels and on-site feedback widgets. Configuration work focused on page-level heatmap scopes, session sampling rates and targeted funnel steps around contact and appointment flows, with Hotjar dashboards configured for recurring review by product and marketing stakeholders.
Architecturally the solution used client-side instrumentation, embedding the Hotjar JavaScript snippet into site templates so interaction events and aggregated analytics flowed to the Hotjar cloud platform. Operational coverage centered on the corporate web channel, with day-to-day users drawn from the digital team, UX designers, product management and marketing for iterative optimization activities.
Governance included access controls and privacy controls to reduce capture of personal data and to align session capture with applicable consent requirements, with Hotjar access managed by digital product owners and integrated into existing website change and CRO workflows. The implementation established routine review cadences for the Hotjar application to support continuous user experience analysis.

| Atlassian | Legacy | Atlassian Trello | Project Portfolio Management | PPM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Betamed implemented Atlassian Trello as a Project Portfolio Management solution. Atlassian Trello was provisioned to support HR and administrative workflows tied to recruitment, document control, contract creation, and internal correspondence for teams based in Chorzow and for staff deployed to other provinces in Poland.
Configuration centered on Trello boards representing recruitment pipelines and administrative process queues, with card templates for candidate screening, contract attachments, checklists for internal control of company documents, labels for status, and due date tracking. Workflow automation and repeatable templates were applied to standardize task assignment and handoffs between hiring managers and administrative staff.
The implementation complemented existing productivity tools used by staff, notably Outlook for mail and scheduling, Jamboard for visual collaboration, and LinkedIn for recruitment outreach, with Trello serving as the operational hub for task orchestration. Data and artifacts were referenced from Trello cards to support reporting and handover to functional owners.
Governance established board level ownership within HR, controlled card templates for contract creation and attachments, and structured review cycles to support internal control and compliance of personnel documentation.
