Brokermint Legacy Brokermint Real Estate Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate implemented Brokermint in its Native American Group office in Virginia Beach, VA. The deployment was aligned to the Real Estate Property Management category and focused on standardizing transaction lifecycle controls and agent compliance across the brokerage back office. Brokermint was configured to operate core transaction management workflows, enforce agent compliance rules, and produce integrated accounting and operational reports. The implementation embedded Brokermint reporting and the Brokermint Dash reporting module to automate back-office accounting processes and reduce manual reconciliation. The Brokermint QuickBooks integration was configured to synchronize financial records and streamline bookkeeping and commission accounting. Operational coverage targeted the Virginia Beach brokerage back office, supporting agents, compliance staff, and accounting functions. The Brokermint Dash integration saved roughly 312 hours, approximately 6 hours per week, and materially lowered compliance and accounting effort according to the vendor case study. Governance changes included standardizing compliance workflows and shifting routine financial reconciliation to integrated reporting to reduce manual intervention in transaction and commission processes.
