Workstreams included custom BI BEx report design enhancements to deliver comparative and analytical financial reporting such as Accrual versus Actuals, Actuals versus Actuals and PRA versus FI reconciliations. The engagement defined detailed requirements for well master data redesign and volume interface redesign to ensure consistent volumetric and master data feeds into the PRA reporting layer. Integration and operational coverage were driven by requirements handed to P2 Energy Upstream EU and MII technical teams to develop interface solutions between upstream production data and PRA. The program included review of SAP Support pack OSS Notes as part of the PRA Roadmap assessment, and operational stakeholders spanned PRA, FI, MDM and the EU and MII technical teams for interface delivery and validation. Governance and process work included participation on the MDM well cleansing committee, leadership of PRA roadmap preparation activities for a PRA 2.0 phase, and development of user training and BAU support materials. Deliverables explicitly reported were BI reporting specifications, interface requirement packages provided to EU and MII teams, well master data cleansing actions and rollout of interface processes and BI reporting on IFS Enterprise Upstream.
