In 2017, Bio-Techne implemented Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) as part of its Field Service Management program. The deployment integrated Salesforce service automation and scheduling capabilities into the companys commercial and support workflow landscape.
Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) was configured alongside Salesforce CPQ Steelbrick and Price Books to unify quoting and pricing with on-site service planning. Functional modules and automations included Lead Management, Approval Processes, Process Builder and Flow to enforce quote approvals, routing and workflow orchestration, and Field Service Lightning for mobile technician dispatch and job management. Customer engagement and support channels were extended using Omi-Channel and Live Agent to route service interactions, while GetFeedback and Docebo LMS integrations brought feedback and learning data into service and commercial processes.
Integrations explicitly implemented include Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Docebo LMS and GetFeedback to align marketing, learning and customer feedback with field operations.
